Welcome to my website and thank you for visiting.
My interest in photography extends back many years. I have always found still photography far more interesting than the movies. The fact that a photograph captures a moment in time, in my opinion makes it a very powerful medium. A still photograph can tell a story but also allow the viewer to use their imagination as to what happened before or after a particular moment.
I am not sure what my particular style is - if indeed I have one. I do not have a specialist subject - I just like to photograph whatever I like the look of. I do however have some favourite subjects of which will become apparent as you look through my galleries.
I currently use a Canon 450D and Canon lenses.
I also have passion for drawing, painting and art & craft. Included on my site is a gallery called Scotsgrey Designs. This is a showcase for some of my work including drawings, handcrafted cards and various other pieces of work.
